Installation of youR split system air conditioning/heat pump system.
On the day of installation, one of our qualified technicians will arrive with all the tools and equipment required to install your units.
The location of your units will already have been discussed and clearly laid out within your quotation
The internal unit will be mounted in the specified area, be it wall, floor or enclosure, depending on the type of internal unit specified for your system.
The internal and external units are connected together with pipes and cabling. These are then installed at this point along with the outside unit, which is secured in its location. The outside unit be floor or wall mounted, again depending on your requirements set out in your initial visit.
Once the two units have been connected together, they are pressure tested and then the air and humidity are removed from the system, using a vacuum pump.
The system can then be connected to the home electrical wiring system, either by its own dedicated supply or from an existing outlet, this depends on the system type and will be discussed and confirmed within the initial visit.
Once all connected, the system can be activated and is then subject to a series of running tests to assure the units are working at optimum performance.
The units can then be connected to a WiFi network if required, and a run through of the system settings and features are shown to the customer, this will ensure full advantage of the advanced remote controls and associated app can be utilised.
All done, single internal units can usually be installed within a day and are ready use, straight away.
